1) Personal data we process

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone (optional).
• Delivery details: shipping address, notes to the maker.
• Order details: products, amounts, taxes, status, refunds/returns.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies (see Cookies).

2) Purposes & lawful bases

• Process and deliver your order (contract).
• Split payouts between maker, designer, and Crowdfactory (contract/legitimate interests).
• Fraud prevention, security, and service quality (legitimate interests).
• Analytics/advertising when enabled (consent via cookie banner).
• Legal/accounting obligations (legal obligation).

3) Sharing

• With makers to fulfill orders: name, address, contact, and order details.
• With Stripe for payment processing and marketplace payouts.
• With service providers (hosting, email, support, analytics when enabled).
• Authorities where required by law.

4) Retention

Order and billing data is kept as required by French law (typically up to 10 years). Technical logs and analytics are kept for shorter operational periods unless required longer for security or legal reasons.

6) International transfers & security
